The purpose of the Multilingual Pathways to Success Scholarship Fund is to provide financial support to multilingual high school students with post-secondary goals related to the trades, entrepreneurship, or apprenticeship. Many scholarship programs offer aid to students attending four year universities; however, the Multilingual Pathways to Success Scholarship Fund focuses on multilingual students who are looking for alternative pathways to career and community readiness and success. 2026 Scholarship Recipient
It is a great honor for me to have been selected for the Abiri Foundation scholarship. I am currently just a few days away from graduating high school, and I couldn't be more excited to start my training in HVAC technology. I have always been passionate about problem-solving and working with my hands, which is why my goal is to become a certified technician and give back to my community through quality work. I believe that the trades are essential, and I am very motivated to start developing my practical skills. This financial support will be key in allowing me to focus one hundred percent on my studies and reach my goals.

I decided to look into the trades and decided on welding since it was one of the best options that I was interested in. Now I’m pursuing that goal thanks to the help of the Abiri Foundation for the scholarship that’s helping me get a jump start into my education of the world of trades.
